Instructions
Cook Mode
Combine:
In a bowl, whisk together equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water (e.g., 2 tablespoons each).
2 tbsp Instant Coffee,
2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup,
2 tbsp hot water
Whip it up:
Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture for 5-10 minutes until it turns thick, pale, and foamy, resembling whipped cream.
Assemble:
Fill a glass with cold milk or iced coffee, leaving space for the whipped coffee.
Spoon and enjoy:
Gently dollop the whipped coffee on top of the milk and savor your creamy creation!
Notes
Use instant coffee for the foam. Regular brewed coffee or ground coffee will not whip the same way, and the sugar helps stabilize the foam.
