The Zawngtah beans contain small seeds the shape and size of almonds that smell similar to a mushroom.

The texture of zhe fruit will vary depending on ripeness. Ripe zhe fruit will be soft as custard or even jelly-like. The taste may be similar to a cantaloupe or watermelon, but it’s smoother and sweeter.
These small fruits can help boost your immune system! Zhe fruit is filled with vitamin C, vitamin A, thiamine, carotene, and riboflavin.
9. zig zag vine fruit
ZigZag Vine Fruit is a citrus fruit with a tangy flavor reminiscent of orange-sherbet. It’s often used to make sauces for gourmet dishes and liqueurs. They’re also known as the Acid Drop Vine and are native to Eastern Australia and New Zealand.
Zig-Zag Vine Fruit grows on the vine any time of the year, but its fruits are mainly harvested in the fall and winter.
The scientific name for Zig Zag vine fruit is melodorum leichhardtii. Sounds like a Harry Potter spell, if you ask me.
10. Zill Mango
The Zill Mango is a yellow-fleshed variety of mango that typically has a dark red blush covering most skin.
When ripe, the flesh of this variety will be yellow and fiberless with a sweet flavor and a strong aroma, sometimes compared to pineapple.
Zill Mangos are a cross between Haden and Bombay mangos, and their original tree was planted in 1922. They’re grown in several places but primarily in Florida.

11. Zinfandel Grapes
The black-skinned Zinfandel Grapes are native to North America and are used to make wine. This variety of grapes was brought over from Europe in the mid-nineteenth century.
They’re now grown in 10 percent of California vineyards. In particular, Zinfandel wines are famous in various parts of the world.
Zinfandel grapes are often used to make sweet wines and desserts due to their natural sugars. They can range in taste depending on the stage of the grape when it is harvested.
Zinfandel grapes fruit are a rich source of antioxidants, including resveratrol and flavonoids. These nutrients have been shown to protect against cardiovascular disease.

12. Ziziphus mauritiana (jujube Fruit)
The Jujube (scientific name Ziziphus mauritiana) is often called the Red Date, Chinese Date, or Jujuba. They resemble the texture and flavor of an apple while they are immature.

14. Zweigelt Grape
The Zweigelt grape variety was created by Professor Fritz Zweigelt in the 1920s and is now the most widespread red wine type in Austria.
After World War II, the variety gained recognition but was not widely known until that time. Nowadays, it is used to make Austrian wines, but it can also be found in significant wine-producing regions.
Zweigelt wine is perfect for first-time wine drinkers!
15. Zwetschge Plum
The last fruit on my list is the Zwetschge Plum.
The Zwetschge plum is a unique, egg-shaped plum. It is typically used for making prunes, Italian desserts, and baked goods. This tropical fruit is great because the pits are freestone. Which means it’s easy to remove them from the sturdy flesh.
This fruit is a delight to eat – it has a sweet taste, but it’s also tart. The ruby-red juice is delicious when used in preserves.
